Degree qualified and with a pedigree earned over 20 years within the electronics industry working for the likes of Marconi, Toshiba and ST Microelectronics, Paul has worked with many corporate organisations as a consultant e.g. Rolls Royce, Work Foundation, Royal Mail, Business Link.

He now spends most of his time in the SME sector typically working with Managing Directors and Owners of companies with more than 5 staff or a turnover in excess of £250k.

Often a lot of what is done is not rocket science, but being able to take a helicopter view of a business as well as seeing the wood from the trees can help a business move forward.
